Searching for meaning in leisure time is increasingly becoming fashionable. With five “senso-meditative” trails, the tourism community of Berg im Drautal sets a new health focus.
The Sensopark in Berg opens up five varied adventure trails, where you can discover all five senses. As a “companion” is a guide, with which you can explore and feel the importance of nature and the various recreational opportunities through the conscious activation of the senses.
The little booklet describes the ways and the possible sensory exercises with which one can “ground” oneself.
Five senso-meditative ways to choose
So there is the Paracelsus way a senso-meditative morning walk, in the center of a “cold shower” stands under a high waterfall.
The Johann-Hufnagel-Weg is dedicated to the memory of the great long-distance hiker Hans Hufnagel, who crossed over 45,000 kilometers in Europe after his retirement in 1970 and spent his twilight years in Drautal.
On the 17-herb path you can feel the deep effect of meditation and the intensity of medicinal herbs.
The garden kofelweg opens up the secrets of the Kalkalpen, Gaislochklamm and ox gorge.
An absolute highlight is the well-known water adventure trail of Greifenburg (Gnoppnitzbachweg), which has already earned numerous prizes.
