10:00 am Welcoming the students
11:30 am Gear and clothing – identify and avoid the pros and cons
1:00 pm walking and kicking training, backpack pharmacy etc.
17:00 debriefing and info for the next day

9:00 am day tour, program, first aid, avalanche transceiver and terrain exploration
